Our Off-Site Repair Process
Some repairs require tools, equipment, or testing capabilities that we don't carry with us in the field. When that happens, we'll coordinate the process from pickup through repair and return.
We'll keep you informed at each stage, provide an estimate before repair work begins, and give you the opportunity to approve or decline the proposed work.
The Repair Process
From your initial request to the return of your equipment.
You Contact Us
Tell us about your equipment and the problem you're experiencing. We'll gather the information needed to determine the appropriate next step.
We Get Back to You
We'll contact you to discuss the equipment, answer questions, and explain what happens next.
We Arrange the Pickup
We'll work with you to schedule a convenient time to retrieve the equipment.
We Receive the Equipment
We collect the equipment and bring it in so our repair team can perform a more detailed inspection.
We Find the Problem
Our team examines the equipment to determine what is wrong, what needs to be repaired, what parts are needed, and the estimated cost of the repair.
You Decide
We'll provide the repair estimate for your review. You decide whether you'd like us to proceed.
You Pay the Approved Amount
If you approve the repair, we'll send an invoice for the agreed amount.
We Allow 24 Hours for Payment to Clear
Once payment is received, we allow 24 hours for the payment to clear before ordering parts and beginning the next stage of the repair.
We Get the Parts
Once payment has cleared, we order the parts needed for the approved repair.
We Repair & Check It
When the necessary parts arrive, our repair team completes the repair and checks the equipment to make sure it is ready to go back to you.
We Send It Back
The repaired equipment is packaged and shipped back to you using USPS Ground Advantage.
Repair Complete
Your equipment has been repaired, checked, and prepared for return. We'll provide the appropriate tracking or return information when the equipment is on its way back.
